#GST: Unregistered Dealers Can Claim Cenvat Credit for Goods Purchased before GST Rollout - (03 Jul 2017)

Govt has notified that dealers who are not registered under Central Excise Act but is registered with CGST can claim Cenvat Credit for goods purchased before 1st July 2017 on basis of Credit Transfer Document (CTD).
