GST Rollout on June 30 Midnight, Filing Rules Relaxed for Jul-Aug - (19 Jun 2017)

Goods and Services Tax (GST) Council has decided to increase room tariff threshold, above which luxury rate of 28% will apply, to Rs 7,500 from Rs 5,000 decided earlier. Council has also decided to defer dates of filing detailed return for July and August.
