Delhi High Court: 'Financial Capacity' Relevant Factor for Application for Waiver of Interest - (23 May 2017)

Delhi High Court, while confirming rejection of an application seeking waiver of interest held that financial capacity of assessee is a relevant factor in considering application for waiver of interest under section 220(2A) of Income Tax Act.
