Delhi High Court Refuses to stay Defamation Case Against Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia - (31 Mar 2017)

Delhi High Court has refused to stay trial court proceedings in connection with criminal defamation complaint filed against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia.
