Uttarakhand HC: Zenith of Civilization Can Only Be Gauged How Clean Cities & Towns Are - (17 Mar 2017)

Uttarakhand High Court, while disposing a petition against pollution in Dhela river, has issued landmark guidelines on solid waste management and said that 'every citizen has a fundamental as well as human right to clean and hygienic environment.'
