ITAT Delhi Orders Cairn UK to Pay Rs 10,000 Cr Tax For Transfer of Shares to Cairn India - (15 Mar 2017)

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Delhi (ITAT), has ordered UK's Cairn Energy Plc to pay Rs 10,000 crore capital gains tax on transfer of ownership from Cairn UK Holdings to Cairn India.
