Kerala HC: Rules Restraining Women Employment in Liquor Shops ‘Unconstitutional’ - (21 Dec 2016)

Kerala High Court has permitted employment of women in foreign liquor retail shops terming as "unsustainable" and "violative of the Constitution" the state's rules restraining women from such jobs.
