Allahabad HC Junks Live-in Couple Plea Demanding Protection - (02 Dec 2016)

Allahabad High Court has rejected plea of a live-in couple that they be provided protection on ground that the woman in question happened to be married and "her marriage has not been dissolved by any competent court as on date".
