CIC Slams Sebi on RTI Disclosure - (07 Sep 2015)

Central Information Commission (CIC) has slammed Sebi for giving false information to a query under Right to Information (RTI) law, on a complaint filed by Ramsagar Yadav who sought information from Sebi under RTI on appointment of Prashant Saran as Whole Time Member in 2012.
