SC: Documents Not Admitted by an Employee in an Enquiry Must be Proved Through Witnesses - (02 Apr 2026)

Supreme Court observed that if an employee denies the charges, dismissal cannot be based on unproven documents, and employers must prove such evidence through witnesses to allow the employee an opportunity for cross-examination.
