Supreme Court: DSC Personnel Eligible For Second Pension; Allows Condonation of Shortfall - (26 Mar 2026)

SERVICE

Supreme Court held that Defence Security Corps personnel already receiving Army pension are entitled to a second pension for DSC service, and any shortfall up to one year may be condoned under Pension Regulations, as no legal bar exists on dual pensions.
