Rajasthan High Court Orders Removal of Facebook Post on Minor, Citing Right To Life Breach - (09 Mar 2026)

Rajasthan High Court held that misleading, false, or malicious content on Facebook or social media that harms an individual’s reputation or invades privacy violates their fundamental right to life under Article 21 of the Constitution of India.
