Cal HC: Banks Cannot Freeze a Company's Accounts Solely Due To ROC Labeling a 'Management Dispute' - (09 Jan 2026)

Cal HC has ruled that a bank cannot freeze a company's accounts solely because the ROC marked it as a “management dispute,” especially after the marking has been removed following directions from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, emphasizing that such action alone does not justify account freezing.
