J&K High Court: Umadevi Judgment Does not Justify Perpetual Temporary Employment - (15 Dec 2025)

J&K High Court held that long-serving daily rated workers employed before 31-03-1994 cannot be denied regularization under SRO-64, and clarified that the Umadevi judgment cannot be used to justify perpetual temporary employment for permanent work.
