SC: Woman May Move Her Department’s ICC For Harassment by Employee of Another Workplace - (11 Dec 2025)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court held that if a woman faces sexual harassment at work by someone outside her organisation, she may file the complaint before the Internal Complaints Committee of her own workplace, and need not approach the ICC of the third party’s establishment.
