Punjab & Haryana HC: Family Property Disputes Cannot Be Resolved under Maintenance of Parents Act - (04 Nov 2025)

Punjab & Haryana High Court has held that the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, cannot be invoked to resolve family property disputes, dismissing a senior citizen’s petition seeking cancellation of a property transfer to his grandchildren.
