Allahabad High Court : Deceased Farmer’s Odd Jobs Don’t Bar Family from Scheme Benefits - (17 Oct 2025)

Allahabad High Court recently held that a farmer’s engagement in odd jobs at the time of his death cannot, by itself, disqualify his family from receiving benefits under the Mukhya Mantri Krishak Durghatana Kalyan Yojana.
