SC: Joining a Political Party Isn’t a Job, POSH Act Doesn’t Apply to Parties, Upholds HC Ruling - (15 Sep 2025)

SC has rejected plea against Kerala HC order, says POSH Act doesn’t mandate political parties to form internal complaints panels. The Court observed that joining a political party doesn’t constitute employment, so POSH Act rules don’t apply.
