Delhi HC:WhistleblowingDoesn’t Grant Employees Immunity from Transfer Orders - (05 Sep 2025)

SERVICE

Delhi HC ruled that whistleblowing doesn’t grant immunity from transfer. Alleging vengeance alone can’t shield an employee indefinitely. However, if a link between whistleblowing and transfer is proven, the court may intervene. Whistleblowers aren’t exempt from transfer orders by default.
