Madras HC Dismisses Sanitation Worker's Challenge, Upholds Minimum Wage Rights - (21 Aug 2025)

Madras HC dismissed a sanitation worker's plea against outsourcing in Zones 5 & 6 of Greater Chennai Corporation, ruling that privatization is a policy decision.
