Cal. HC: Supplying Warrant of Arrest Without Mentioning Substance of Charge is Unconstitutional - (14 Apr 2025)

Calcutta High Court has held that supplying warrant of arrest without mentioning substance of a warrant is unconstitutional in terms of Article 22(2) of the Constitution of India.
