Ministry of Finance: Income Tax Officials Can’t Access E-mails, Bank Accounts of All Assesses - (27 Mar 2025)

DIRECT TAXATION

Ministry of Finance has informed that Income Tax officials cannot access the personal emails, Bank accounts of all the assesses. However, there are provisions allowing access the computer systems of the assesses that are not cooperating.
