Raj. HC: PO Omitting to Mention Date of Arrest in Order Rejecting Bail is a Significant Oversight - (24 Sep 2024)

Rajasthan High Court has observed that the date of arrest of accused is an integral and crucial part of a bail order and the Presiding Officer omitting to mention it in the order rejecting the bail is a significant oversight.
