Del. HC: Assessment of Employee’s Performance Must be Limited to the Specified Year - (13 Sep 2024)

SERVICE

Delhi High Court has observed that an employee’s assessment must solely be based on their performance in that particular year and incidents beyond that period cannot be used to either downgrade or upgrade an employee's rating.
