Supreme Court: Court Can Look Into the Real Reason Behind Termination of Employee - (26 Aug 2024)

Supreme Court has held that the mere non-mention of the background situation in termination order cannot, by itself, be determinative of the nature of the order and the Court can find out the real reason and true character behind terminating/removing an employee.
