SC: Principal Secretary of UP Prisons Department Slammed for Making False Statements on Oath - (22 Aug 2024)

Supreme Court has slammed the Principal Secretary of the Prison Administration and Reforms Department of Uttar Pradesh for making completely different statements from the statements recorded in the Court's order and warned the Officer about issuing criminal contempt case against him.
