Supreme Court: Bail Granted to Manish Sisodia in Liquor Policy Case - (09 Aug 2024)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has granted bail to Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia in the liquor policy case on account of long incarceration running around 17 months and trial having not been commenced, leading to deprivation of his right to speedy trial.
