Raj. HC: Service Rules to Prevail Over Conditions Mentioned Under Advertisement/Notification - (06 Aug 2024)

SERVICE

Raj HC while granting relief to workers who were terminated as their experience letter was not certified by authority mentioned under advertisement, has held that if rules don’t provide for letter to be certified by a particular authority, then condition mentioned in advertisement shall not prevail.
