Guj. HC: Right of Institution to Administer Has to be Balanced With Basic Principles of Selection - (02 Aug 2024)

Gujarat High Court has held that in matters of public employment in minority institutions, there should be a balance between right of the institution to administer and the basic principles of selection in such public employment.
