SC: Delhi High Court Criticized for Rules on “Practice in the Trial of Criminal Cases” - (02 Aug 2024)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has criticized Delhi High Court for rules on practice in the trial of criminal cases and observed that teaching judges, guiding them in judicial academy is different from writing down what should be done and what should not be done and such directions cannot be passed in judicial side.
