Centre Issues Notification for Constitution of GST Appellate Tribunals - (01 Aug 2024)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

The Central Government has notified constitution of Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunals (GSTAT) across the country. The notification shall be effective from 1st September, 2023 and shall supersede the previous notification regarding GST Appellate Tribunals.
