SC: Instance of Lenders Entertaining Shylockian Attitudes Needs to be Regulated - (26 Jul 2024)

CIVIL

SC has observed it is pained by instances where ordinary laymen take loans & are at last driven to streets or driven to commit suicide, on account of lenders entertaining Shylockian attitudes. The Court stated that it will regulate such instances & rescue those who borrow loans and then are doomed.
