Mad. HC: Aborted Foetus of Minor Not to be Handed Over to Investigating Officer or Court - (17 Jul 2024)

LAW OF MEDICINE

Madras High Court has observed that under no circumstances, the sample of aborted foetus of minor that is sent to the laboratory for analysis shall be handed over to the investigation officer or to the Court, it shall be retained in the laboratory and shall be destroyed after the completion of case.
