All. HC: Constitution Doesn’t Allow Citizens to Proselytize - (10 Jul 2024)

CONSTITUTION

All. HC has observed that Constitution confers on each individual fundamental right to profess, practice and propagate his religion. However, the individual right to freedom of conscience and religion cannot be extended to construe a collective right to convert a person from one religion to another.
