Himachal Pradesh High Court: Onus Upon Arbitrator to Perform Task Within Time - (10 Jul 2024)

ARBITRATION

Himachal Pradesh High Court while criticizing the callous attitude of an arbitrator appointed by the Central Government, has observed that the onus is upon the Arbitrator to perform the task entrusted to him within the time schedule prescribed in the statute.
