Sr. Advocate Accused of Taking Bribes, Telangana High Court Refuses to Quash FIR - (26 Jun 2024)

CRIMINAL

Telangana High Court while refusing to quash an FIR filed against a senior advocate for accepting bribe, has observed that the allegation that money was obtained to bribe the judges of this Court casts a serious doubt on the independence of judiciary and implies that justice is up for sale.
