ITAT Clarifies on Rent Deposits - (07 Jun 2016)

Mumbai Bench of Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) has observed that the notional interest on security deposit paid by an employer to the landlord cannot be added to taxable income of the employee of that company.
