Kerala HC: Can’t Condone Delay in Approaching Revision Authority Under Income Tax Act - (19 Jun 2024)

Kerala High Court while upholding the order of Single Bench, has held that delay in approaching revision authority under the Income-Tax Act, 1961 cannot be condoned.
