Ker HC: Min. of Animal Husbandry to Consider Objections to Ban on ‘Dangerous & Ferocious’ Dog Breeds - (12 Jun 2024)

Kerala High Court has directed the Ministry of Fisheries and Animal Husbandry to consider the objections that have been submitted while considering a writ petition challenging a circular issued by the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying banning the rearing of 23 breeds of dogs.
