Insolvency Proceedings Initiated Against Himalayan Mineral Water by NCLT - (11 Jun 2024)

INSOLVENCY

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) on a plea by Jammu and Kashmir Bank has ordered initiation of insolvency proceedings against Himalayan Mineral Water Private Limited over a debt of Rs. 50 Crore owed by a party for which Himalayan Mineral Water was the corporate guarantor.
