All. HC: Right to Marry or Live With Person of Choice Protected Under Article 21 of COI - (10 Jun 2024)

CONSTITUTION

Allahabad High Court has observed that an individual’s right to marry or live with a person of choice is a right which flows from Article 21 of the Constitution of India (COI) and he/she cannot be restrained from exercising such right.
