Cal. HC: POSH Committee to Re-Consider Complaint Dismissed for Being Barred by Limitation - (23 May 2024)

CRIMINAL

Cal HC has directed a POSH committee to reconsider a complaint that was dismissed by it on ground of limitation and observed that question of limitation is a mixed question of law & fact therefore, issue of limitation could not have been decided by the committee at threshold stage without evidence.
