Orissa High Court: Can’t Apply Principle of ‘No Work, No Pay’ Universally - (14 May 2024)

Orissa High Court has held that the principle of no work no pay cannot be applied in all cases and particularly where the fault lies with the employer in not utilizing the services of the concerned employee.
