Cal HC: Penalty Amount on Higher Value than Invoice Value Can’t be Computed by GST Dep. w/o Evidence - (29 Apr 2024)

Calcutta High Court has held that penalty amount on higher value than invoice value cannot be computed by Goods and Service Tax department without proper evidence and reasoning.
