Bombay High Court to Centre: Why Doctors Being Restricted From Going Abroad - (24 Aug 2015)

Bombay High Court has issued notices to the Centre and the Medical Council of India on a writ petition challenging the move to stop issuing NORI (No Obligation to Return to India) certificates to doctors.
