NY Times Files Infringement Suit Against Microsoft & OpenAI for Copying Content Through AI Models - (29 Dec 2023)

The New York Times has filed a copyright infringement suit against Microsoft and OpenAI alleging that the companies unlawfully used the copyrighted content to develop and train their generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) tools.
