SC: Relationship of Master and Servant Doesn’t Come to an End While Workman is on Suspension - (18 Dec 2023)

Supreme Court has held that while a workman is on suspension, the relationship of master and servant does not come to an end; all the rules and regulations governing the post continue to apply.
