Kar. HC: Gomal Land Can be Diverted to Other Larger Public Purposes - (18 Sep 2023)

Karnataka High Court has observed that there is absolutely no material on record to substantiate the argument that any provision of law is violated by diversion of the Government land for the purpose of waste management or other larger public purposes.
