Del. HC: Causing Financial Instability to Wife Comes Within the Ambit of Mental Cruelty - (07 Sep 2023)

Delhi High Court while observing that the term “mental cruelty” is wide enough to take within its ambit the “financial instability”, has observed that financial instability is bound to result in mental anxiety on account of husband not working causing disparity in financial status of both parties.
