All. HC: Review Jurisdiction can be Exercised Only if there is Error Apparent on face of the Record - (02 Aug 2023)

CIVIL

Allahabad High Court has held that review jurisdiction can only be exercised if there is an error apparent on the face of the record or interfere on any other ground analogous to such ground, but it cannot correct an erroneous decision for that is the scope of appellate jurisdiction.
